Our primary focus is Medical Life Care Planning. Our Medical Life Care Plans are drafted by a physician board certified in the specialty most appropriate to address the injury and/or chronic illness to ensure a strong medical foundation. Our physicians providing medical life care plans are certified in life care planning.

Medical Life Care Plans are comprehensive reports that provide a summary of future medical requirements and their associated costs for individuals following injury and/or chronic illness. These reports are commonly used by attorneys to determine valuation of damages for a personal injury case. They are also used for estate planning and other legal services.

Life Care Plan Review/Rebuttal services are available to evaluate whether the future medical requirements and associated costs in a life care plan are appropriate and reasonable. This service is typically utilized by an attorney seeking expert opinion on a life care plan submitted by the expert of an opposing attorney.

Medical Cost Projections are reports that provide future medical requirements gleaned from chart review with associated costs. These reports are typically used by attorneys that do not need a comprehensive medical life care plan.

Chart Review services are available upon request. These are typically beneficial for attorneys who want to determine whether a diagnostic test and/or treatment was medically necessary for their client’s medical condition. We ensure the chart is reviewed by a physician board certified in the specialty most appropriate to address question submitted to ensure an opinion with a strong medical foundation is rendered.

Independent Medical Evaluations are medical examinations that are requested to answer specific questions about an individual’s medical condition. These examinations are performed by a physician board certified in the specialty most appropriate to address questions submitted to ensure an opinion with a strong medical foundation is rendered.

Expert Witness and Consulting services are available. These are not the same service. Expert witness services are utilized to provide testimony in deposition and/or trial. Consulting services are utilized to advise an attorney on their case. If we are retained as consultants for a given case, we cannot provide expert witness services for that case.
